The News Show Parody is a satire of news shows, in
general, and draws off of the stereotypes of news anchors and news
stories.
Bob O'Brian (left) and Phil Stevens (right) are the
anchors for The 12 o' Clock Edtion of 10 News at 5, on Channel 3.
Jesus (that's pronounced hay-soos) Dreckman is a field
reporter covering the dramatic rescue of a dog stuck in a well. The
strength of the firemen popped the dog out of the well, which can be
seen flying through the air towards off-screen. (The dog is circled
on the picture).
Dr. James Stevenson is the special guest meteorologist
(with his own theme song) for this edition the news.
Richard Smegma (left) is the sportscaster, and in this
clip, he hosts the very first televised Magic game along side "Evan"
(right), a 3-time world champion of Magic.
This is a picture of what might be called: "The Pope Crime
Scene".
